Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in procurement and implementation of business support IT systems.

What you'll do:
● Lead the work and support administratively with the commissioning of property systems and website.
● Facilitate the selection of a standard system, then enable adaptations of business processes to the system and not adapt systems to existing processes.
● Ensure that the solution delivered, with high quality, meets the business's set requirements and that the business effects are realized.
● Identify points of contact with other systems / solutions and adapt the introduced solution to municipality-wide governing documents and management models such as PM3.
● Ensure that the implementation project is properly handed over to the management organisation.
Who you are:
● Documented experience of cleaning operations including calculation, business planning, digital cleaning drawings, cleaning, quality controls and associated business management.
● Have experience from leading deployment where data conversion from previous systems is included.
● Experience of having run projects through all its phases from feasibility study to implementation.
● Have many years of experience leading large project groups and guiding steering groups in decision-making.
● Experience of working with financial processes cash and payment solutions and standardization of processes.
