We are happy to announce an exciting role at H&M Group Communications where our goal is to contribute to building a strong, balanced and positive perception of H&M Group. We bring stories to life by creating and distributing engaging content in internal and external channels for our target groups.
We are now looking for a senior Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for defining project strategies and leading complex corporate communication projects with an omni channel approach. Together with the team you will also drive and develop the way of working with communication projects cross functionally within H&M Group and explore new and inspirational ways to communicate and engage with our different target groups. Co-creation with different functions will be key in order to succeed with our mission.
You will report to the Head of Project management and be part of the Project Management team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Stockholm and starting date is as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
Project leadership for corporate communications projects
Plan, lead and execute proactive and reactive projects according to the set strategy, common project management methodology and company goals
Set and evaluate key performance indicators and budgets for each project
Drive and facilitate deliveries efficiently across all projects and ensure cross functional collaboration within H&M Group functions, brands and businesses, encouraging co-creation across the organization
Contribute to co-creation of content together with the group’s Content editors
Manage inter-dependencies of projects to ensure information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders
Share communications advice within the department and across group functions
Research new opportunities and insights within our field of work, to ensure constant implementation of learnings
As part of H&M Group Communications department and Project Management team, contribute to the overall goals of the team and department
Qualifications:
Higher education in communication, journalism and/or marketing (or equivalent)
+10 years working experience with project management and communication
Experience in working with 360 omni-channel communication and content production
Extensive understanding of the target groups’ needs and behaviors in different channels
Advanced experience from working with data and insights driven communication
Experience from developing and follow up on KPIs for multi-channel communication
Solid strategic understanding of the new communication landscape with focus on corporate communications
Experience from working in a communications department, media house or communications agency
Experience from agile working processes is meritorious
