The H&M Foundation is an independent non-profit global foundation headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. It is privately funded by the Stefan Persson family, founders and main owners of the H&M Group. Created to accelerate progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, H&M Foundation uses collaboration and innovation to co-create, fund and share solutions for the world’s most urgent challenges.
Today, the Foundation has thirteen employees, and we are extending our Planet team to further strengthening our role as the impatient visionaries by finding and supporting innovations to create and scale impact. Job Description
Project manage our annual innovation challenge Global Change Award, including:
Preparing and executing the launch of each year’s challenge
Preparing and executing the scoring process of applications
Identifying and coordinating service providers and their deliveries
Collaborating with partners, such as KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Accenture
Securing time plan and budget
Coordinating award ceremony and other events
Working closely with our Strategy Leads and the Foundation’s Communications team.

Qualifications
Previous experience of driving complex projects
Understanding of the challenges within the fashion industry and how innovations can be part of the transformation
Experience of working with procurement of various services
Problem solving skills
Perseverance and the ability to thrive in a changing environment
A great ability of expressing yourself in English, both in writing and orally
Experience of building, developing & managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships
