Vattenfall is looking for an HR project manager with experience from implementing modern Payroll and HR admin solutions to be involved and drive Swedish parts of our global HR transformation program.
Responsibilities:
The main focus for this role will be to manage projects and improvement initiatives to support the HR Transformation in Vattenfall. It primarily involves working within the international Foxtrot 2.0 program, but as we progress further, this role will also be able to focus on process management and maintenance of implemented solutions. Other responsibilities will be coordinating compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications needed:
• Solid HR process and system knowledge and experience
• Project management skills and experience
• Skilled Team leader with ability to lead from an informal leader role
• Dynamic change leader with ability to challenge and influence
• Self-going and driven, good at organizing and driving things forward
• Passionate about creating excellent Employee experience
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• SAP ERP/HCM knowledge is a merit
• Project mgt certification is a merit
This role is a member of the Solution Design Team in Sweden – a team with focus on managing and developing our HR processes and IT systems. The Solution Design Team is part of HR Services (HRS) that provides shared HR services to the entire Vattenfall organization. The team reports to the Director of Service Delivery Core HR.
