Project Manager - HSS Modules

We’re looking for a committed Project Manager to our Engineering & Supply organization in Business Unit Marine Separation & Heat Transfer. So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
Product Development Fuel Conditioning Systems & Modules, based in Monza, is responsible for definition of the HSS (High Speed Separators) Module standard for a wide range of application, duty and fluids. Our current key HSS initiatives in Marine demand a closer link between Separator R&D, HSS Product Management, Global Sales and PD FCS & Modules, for this reason we are looking for a person for the strategic position of Project Manager based in Tumba.
Key tasks

Manage internal projects of New Product Development (NPD) / Existing Product Development (EPD)
Actively work on the product strategy at an overall level
Continuously monitor product group profitability
Project Budgeting, reporting, monitoring and closing
Project Planning: Work Breakdown Structure, Resources allocation, Progress monitoring and closure
HSS Module Customer feedback analysis
HSS Module Production Deviation review
Drive Cost Reduction activities in NPD/EPD Projects
Conduct feasibility studies on prioritized development areas
Participate actively in the steering groups for NPD and EPD projects
Investigate and/or support the solution of complex claims

What you know

Engineering degree at university level with 5 years’ experience in the role of Project Manager
Experience in the Marine, Engine Power, Energy or O&G industries will be an asset
Proficient knowledge of Autocad 2D/3D, Inventor 3D and Office
Knowledge of PDM system and PLM methodology is considered an asset
Fluent written and spoken English
Leadership and time management skills
Good communication and networking skills
Organized, ability to prioritize the essentials, the ability to see the whole picture

PracticalitiesThe position is based in Tumba, Sweden. You will report to the manager of PD FCS & Modules in Monza and have Marine Separation Sales manager as host manager in Tumba.
