Business Solutions Group Functions contributes to IKEA by providing business solutions for IKEA Group functions. We are a competent and trustworthy partner to our business stakeholders and truly contribute to develop their business. We deliver solutions for what our users really need and what will make a difference for them.

We are now looking for Project Managers to join our Project Office team!

The Project Office manages the project management resources and is responsible for leading pre-studies and projects within the Group Functions? Project Portfolio as well as for ensuring qualitative and efficient project management processes and methods.

Is this your next challenge?
With your experience you are able to set-up and manage projects according to relevant Project Management methodologies. You deliver within decided scope, time and result mastering the different aspects of project management such as stakeholder-, risk- and dependency management. You are a natural leader with strong communication skills, capable of building trustful relations and working with people from different units and cultures in a global organization. You are also able to manage procurement and vendor relations in your assignment.

As a person you have a down to earth attitude with values corresponding to the IKEA values and you enjoy working across different cultures and levels in our organization. You are result oriented and take ownership of your project. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to see the whole picture, but at the same time you have a practical mind set and you like to be hands on. Your skills in change management are excellent. You have a genuine interest to share your experience and being a mentor to co-workers that want to grow in their role.
