Project Manager- Implementation of Customer Finance System Solution

Background
Financing of our customers' investments in Epiroc equipment is an important sales tool. Since 20 years, Epiroc Financial Solutions supports sales with long-term supplier credit and lease financing contracts. Present system platforms, provided by TietyEVRY in Sweden and LTi in US, are approaching time for new releases or end of lifecycle and we seek for a consolidated system solution but are also open for new business models. In the first phase of this project, we expect several alternatives to end up in basis for decision. In the second phase, the system solution and updated process will be implemented.


Your mission - temporary project assignment
You will be responsible for the pre-study and implementation of the new finance solution as a project leader. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
* Delegating tasks on the project to project team
* Communicating with project stakeholders including project Steering Committee and project sponsor
* Reporting project status and costs


Duration of the project is expected from September 2021 until end of 2022 with initial occupation of 50% (pre-study) and later on 100% (implementation).

Experience and knowledge requirements
* Fluency in writing and spoken English is crucial.
* Solid understanding of the customer finance business process and financing systems including accounting and reporting
* Good understanding of IT technical components that affects application performance, functionality and availability
* Experience within Project Methodology and up to date in the latest Project Methodology trends.
* Experience of, and the ability to coordinate and lead projects with people from different cultures and businesses background.



Location
Preferred location is in the EMEA or NASA region, in connection to Epiroc Costumer Centers or Product Companies.
