Project Manager in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
The project's goal is to create a digital platform that is better suited to a flexible working environment than the authority's current platform, while also considering solutions for cloud services that are legally viable from an authority standpoint.
The authority has adopted a new, more flexible working method in which physical residences will be supplemented by digital residences.
The residence will be able to handle a variety of functions, including meeting participation, as well as minutes and notes for internal and external collaboration. The key words accessibility, accessibility, and searchability will be an important goal in the project to promote digital collaboration and communication.
Tasks include the following:
Project management is based on project directives that have been established.
Make a plan for the project's goals and timelines.
Operational management of project participants Staffing planning
Monitoring and reporting to the steering committee
Prioritization and distribution of resources and work
Customer, user, and other stakeholder consultation and coordination

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the candidate:
Served as a consultant in the role for at least 6-8 years, with experience in the assignments listed above.
Knowledge and experience with the Public Procurement Act (LoU)
Implementation experience with digital collaboration platforms
Ability to lead and work independently in groups

Language Requirements: Mastery of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
