Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Implement and maintain TTM and Resource management standard processes and tools @ TT
Review planning maturity and support Line functions in applying professional Resource Management
Be part of great team in a central TT department
Establish TTM trainings documents and provide TTM- and Resource management trainings and coaching for individual project teams and areas
Work closely with PMO excellence functions, PMO Network and Line Mangers
Contribute to a successful improvement of our delivery performance at TT



Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Bachelor or Master degree
Experience in Project Management
Problem solving mindset
Open minded for new ideas and solutions
Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions
Results oriented and pro-active attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
Good communication and technical presentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
