Veritaz is a fast-growing IT-consultant firm. Our company is made up of insanely bright people from over 4 countries, and we are located in Sweden, UK, US and Pakistan. The voyage has been incredible this far, but it is only the beginning.
We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The project fits within the overall plan of creating a group-wide accounting and reporting solution for the business. The candidate will start the process of creating a shared system to enable general ledger and its related features.
It will be your responsibility to organize, lead, and manage this delivery. When it's time to create and gather capability photos, RFI, and RFP requirements, you go into the next phase. The purchase must be started and continued. We also notice that the project will involve rolling out the product and gaining the support of all businesses. Together with important business stakeholders, you will advance the project and see to it that the requirements and reliance of the organization are met by the new IT assistance.
In this position, you will be a part of a large-scale, intricate project at the company. You will work in project groups on occasion and occasionally interact with the entire organization. You are in charge of the project along with a steering committee. You must work along with other sub-streams that have a variety of persons with various skills. You must enjoy working with people, actively pursue change management, and cross boundaries of competence if you want to succeed.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
• You should have performed this type of transfer multiple times if you were managing IT project implementation and financial system implementation in large and complicated firms.
• Acquisition of IT systems to assist financial reporting and accounting, as well as effective external oversight of the sector. in particular General Ledger and related features.
• Understanding of the procedures connected to various financial systems, as well as of ledgers, invoicing systems, infrastructure, and consolidation
• You are knowledgeable and skilled in accounting and reporting financial processes.
• If you have experience with banking and/or insurance operations, it is a benefit.
• Very good ability to define, plan, and structure the task as well as knowledge of facilitation.
• The majority of the stakeholders in the complicated organization where you previously worked place significant demands on communication.
• You must be able to handle a hybrid approach and have expertise working in an agile organization that is still in development.
