Northab is looking for a Project Manager in Sweden
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing complex cross-cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new product development, implementations and coordination of different product teams, areas and domains and their activities during the initiative lifecycle. The job includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional know-how.
The Project Manager drives projects, creates the basis for decisions and manages to troubleshoot different problems across product areas and/or business operations involved in the project. An additional focus area within the job is to support the continuous refinement of the product coordination processes by using existing and new tools to achieve the expected outcome of cross-cutting initiatives.
The Project Manager has great leadership skills and believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. The work is executed with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. The goal is always to achieve outstanding customer value and business results.
Work tasks
- Lead, manage and execute large cross-cutting projects, involving many Product Teams and Local business
- Lead initiative across Domains, Product Areas and Product teams, together with business function stakeholders, to achieve complex changes that require synchronized backlogs and activities
- Responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
- Take ownership for planning, issue handling as well as key stakeholders management
- Continuous communication with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and plans to ensure the overall success of the program
- Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical challenges
- Enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with others

Qualifying requirements:
- Experience in the Retail industry
- Experience in traceability and legal compliance projects and solutions

- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it ineffective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviours
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
