Project Manager in the SKF ERP Program (SEP)


As a Project Manager you will manage the developments projects in our DevOps team and focus that our deliveries are available for implementations to new countries.

The SKF ERP Program (SEP) is an international team with-in Global Digital Solutions. The SEP program is responsible for the development (including design, build and testing) of a central template and its global deployment; and all activities are carried out through projects. The overall program is steered by the business represented by a transformation community that provides requirements and deployment roadmap to meet the future SKF.


Key responsibilities
Facilitate the definition of the project together with the sponsor and/or business project manager.
Lead the structuring and planning of the project.
Manage the scope and requirements of the project.
Manage any change from approved scope and time plan of projects.
Lead project execution including progress monitoring, reporting and risk management.
Communicate with project team, business project manager, steering group and key stakeholders.
Secure the delivery of the project output and ensure handover of project to support and maintenance organization.
Build, coordinate and guide the project team and IT suppliers.
Manage the project budget.



We expect you to have:
Experienced (3-5+ years) in managing IT development projects preferably in ERP systems
Experience from managing projects in different business areas (i.e. Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics)
Experience from leading global projects with multiple suppliers
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
University degree within relevant field or equivalent working experience

Additional information to you
Location: Major SKF site (e.g Gothenburg/Sweden, Airasca/Italy, Bangalore/India etc) preferably Gothenburg, Sweden.

You will report to the SEP Head of DevOps, located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
