We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Index Implementation Manager to help set up our high-value clients for immediate success through a clearly defined index implementation process. You will work closely with our CEO and CTO.
As an Index Implementation Manager, you will educate new clients, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our index products. We prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience throughout our customer lifecycles, and customer onboarding is the first step of that process.
Vinter’s mission is to institutionalize crypto. We create and calculate complex yet elegant crypto indexes used in financial products worldwide. Our customers are some of the most successful crypto funds in the world, and our investors are some of the most well-respected in the industry. We recently raised a $3.4M Series Seed and are now looking to build one of the greatest teams in our industry.
Since our incorporation in 2019, we’ve been listed as a top European startup and won the ETF Express Awards 2022 Crypto Index Provider of the Year. Our team is a diverse group of people from over eight countries who speak 13 different languages.
Responsibilities
You own and manage the customer relationship from the point of sale to successful index implementation. Your job starts when our Account Executive signs a new client, by transferring knowledge from the Account Executive to yourself and our CRM system Hubspot. You host video meetings to ensure that customers understand how to use the product and make sure they feel supported during the onboarding process.
During an index implementation project, you will be the bridge between our client and the dev/tech/product team. You communicate frequently with our clients using email and video meetings, and even more frequently with our internal team in Asana, Hubspot, and Slack. You are the spider in the web of communications. Structuring and staying on top of these communication flows is paramount to make sure no ball is dropped and that our product is delivered on time.
After customer onboarding and index implementation, you will:
- Transfer your customer knowledge/relationships to an Account Manager whose task is to up-sell and answer tricky technical/financial/index questions.
- Continue being the first point of contact to clients, responding swiftly to phone calls and emails
- Listen in to monthly client meetings together with a Vinter analyst and the Account Manager. Your job is to send email summaries, ensure agreed actions are delegated to the dev/analytics/sales team, and to follow-up tasks are completed
- Once a client orders another index, start a new index implementation project.
When you have implemented a few index projects using our project templates, you will create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers - such as recording screencasts and writing FAQ pages. This automation will allow you to spend more time with more complex issues and deepen your indexing/finance/crypto expertise. When you have mastered the processes, you might develop measurements to help understand the business impact of successful implementation. The customer journey from a signed agreement to a delivered index product will dictate their impression of Vinter.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication.
- Experienced with project management in remote teams located in multiple time zones.
- Confident with project management methods and tools like Asana
- Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner
- Basic technical knowledge of financial time series data and index calculation software
- Basic financial knowledge of index funds and ETFs
- C1 English level or above.
Meriting
- German, Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin.
- Experience working at an index provider or crypto data provider.
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot.
- Confidence in working with Excel or Google Sheets.
