Project Manager Industrialisation

The position
The position is organized within the TePe Product Development and Project Management department at the TePe headquarter in Malmö. The role is the key interface between many parts of the organisation such as product management, supply chain, quality as well as production and technology development developing new production equipment. There will also be close contact with the TePe internal odontology specialists.

Main tasks
- Cross functionally drive product projects defined in the TePe product roadmap from initiation/concept to hand over to production. This include project planning, business case estimate, resource allocation, etc
- Lead the allocated project resources according to the TePe project model
- Report and convene project status updates to the project owner and steering group
- Creation of the project plan and define measurable project KPIs
- In close cooperation with the product development create test plans, perform risk assessments, evaluate test results, and secure that product requirements are met and approved in a structured way
- Be the critical eye for other functions’ deliveries into the product project securing that the correct documentation is in place at the right time
- Pulse project in the bi-weekly project meeting
- Responsible to actively drive and further develop the TePe project model to secure right deliveries at the right time in the projects. This is done in a cross functional group


Additionally:

- Lead non-product related projects, such as process improvements
- Be the bridge between marketing & innovation and operations at TePe securing a good cross functional work
- Support marketing, odontology, production, sourcing, quality and other functions with knowledge obtained in the conducted projects


Education and Experience
- Master of Science (Mechanical engineering, Chemistry, Product development or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree complemented with relevant work experience
- 5-10 years documented work experience within project management
- Fluent in English and Swedish, oral and written


Additional qualifying experience:

- Work with medical device products or similar level of process control and document compliance (GMP/ISO 13485)

- Technical documentation
- Prototyping - planning and execution
- Injection molding and/or assembly processes in production
