For this job opening, we are looking for a Project Manager for the Nordics division.
The essential duties and responsibilities for this job are connected to the implementation of the Technical Installations systems along the infrastructure project "Tingstadstunnel", (Gothenburg).
The Project Leader will be based in Stockholm, although occasional traveling to Gothenburg is expected.
The essential duties connected to this position shall be:
Assume full responsibility for the successful implementation of the project.
Deliver on time, on budget and guaranteeing quality
Planning and monitoring
Time Planning
o Managing the project time plan
o Setting deadlines and ensuring that projects remain on schedule
o Complying with the milestones set by the Customer
Financial Control
o Reporting to the Financial Manager in Nordics
o Keep control of the project costs and report the monthly progress
o Complete the Project sticking to the agreed-upon budget
o ÄTA management
Procurement management
o Choosing vendors and subcontractors
o Entering into agreements regarding all project procurements
o Manage relationships with vendors & subcontractors
Communication
o Interfacing with the project team
o Lead a team of 5-7 engineers
o Represent company during management meetings
o Ensure Customer satisfaction
o Creating a vision around the project to provide team members with a sense of purpose and motivation
o Providing updates to relevant stakeholders
Administration
o Administration and daily work on client’s platforms for documentation, notifications, etc
Quality management
o Risk management
o Prepare and follow-up project management plans
The minimum mandatory requirements for this job position are:
Swedish mother tongue and proficiency in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Engineering university degree (or equivalent)
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar assignments
Proven working experience in project management
Team management
Conflict resolution
Good planning skills
Communication skills
Extensive use of MS Office
Good time management
Must demonstrate eligibility to work in Sweden
Leadership skills

Attention to detail
Additional valuable skills:
Knowledge / experience working with Technical systems in road & tunnel infrastructure (electromechanical systems)
Previous working experience with Sweden’s national authorities (i.e. Trafikverket)
PMP certification
Previous experience handling standard contracts AB / ABT
Certification as BAS-P
