Mobility & Financial Services is a global organization responsible for operating a fleet of cars and leveraging financial risks associated with owning a pool of cars and contracts. We are a commercial unit setting up relevant partnerships to increase Volvo Cars’s overall margin and customer retention. Our task is providing a complete end-to-end service for current and future mobility needs by managing vehicles and financing for our customers. We are now scaling up and strengthening the project management team within our scope!
What you’ll do
We are looking for a passionate person to work with new initiatives and projects from a finance and contract management perspective. In short, you will participate in setting the scope for new initiatives, defining the end-to-end processes and making sure new projects are launched on time. As such, you will both be part of a project team setting a new commercial offer as well as working tightly with the Product Owner organization defining the finance and contract process and system requirements. 
Other responsibilities include: 

•    Leading, facilitating and aligning projects and commercial launches
•    Define and set end-to-end processes from a finance perspective together with the Product Owners 
•    Investigate market practices related to new initiatives
•    Capture requirements from various stakeholders, e.g. revenue management team, commercial teams, tax and IT architects 
•    Support during development, test, and training

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:

•    Working with project management or similar, preferably within finance, for at least 3 years
•    Finance end-to-end operational processes knowledge
•    Working with processes and development methodologies in a digital product context
•    Experience in stakeholder management 
•    Higher education or equivalent working experience 

Location
HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm.
