Working alongside a project manager, project coordinator is responsible for overseeing specific stages of a larger project. The project manager oversees the project as a whole. Project coordinators work on more than one aspect of a project, depending on its nature and scope. .

On a day-to-day basis:

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and storedDirect project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emailsCommunicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Project coordinators must be adept at multitasking, as they are generally required to perform a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Fluent Swedish, English in both talking and writing
