About you
You have a solid project management and business analysis background. You already have a good understanding of the shopping centre business, its terminology and specifics, or a strong interest and capability to learn. As a Project Manager you have lead a number of IT related projects in international environments in an Omni-channel context and also managed change in co-operation with the ordering and receiving organisation.

As Project Manager in our organisation you are flexible and responsive, but also structured and challenging. About the job
As co-worker in the Business Solutions team you will be part of IKEA Centres. To manage global shopping centre pre-studies and projects, mainly in the Omni-channel area, always with an IT component, we are currently looking for a Project Manager. The first project for you will be to take our information definitions and rules within the Customer domain (Visitor and Tenant) to the next level. Temporarily you will also act as Information Owner / Leader for the information. In parallel with this we aim at running a project related to Visitor Data management, with you in the lead.

About the assignment
As a Project Manager you will manage a couple of pre-studies or projects in parallel. You take the lead in detailed business need discussions, translating requirements into demands on IT solutions, ensure the project meets the objectives and are an important player in the implementation of the solutions, enabling the organisation to realise the benefits.

In this role, from time to time, you are prepared to manage one or a few solutions in operation.
