About the assignment:

Description

The client will implement regional staffing programs and the client is looking for a senior project leaders who has global implementation experience in the staffing program implementation area. It is also important that project leaders has an experience in VMS.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Senior project management capabilities, Staffing program knowledge.
- Experience in Global MSP implementation.
- Experience in stakeholder management and has experience in pre-implementation process by countries.
- Has worked on different program communication plans to various stakeholders.
- RPO program implementation.
- Senior Project Management capabilities.


Preferred competence and experience:

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Have excellent knowledge in power point and strong communicator.
- Handle different countries in the region and experience in issue management.


Preferred personal qualities:

- Good analytical skills and detail & delivery oriented.
- Strong team player
