Marketing & Communication is a global department that consists of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm, and supports over 70 local markets around the world The department has the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally, when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. As our projects keep growing, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Kids Account.
Job Description
As Account Project Manager you are accountable for managing projects to ensure that company investments deliver the business value set out in the assignment.
Your responsibilities:
Validate assignments to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables and set active KPIs with Account Leads and other stakeholders
Manage and optimize project budget with a cost-conscious mindset to maximize business values
Lead, inform, motivate and align project team to deliver on shared goals
Empower and inspire team to challenge status quo and create innovative solutions
Plan and manage asset and content production budgets
Ensure Projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Analyze and follow up delivered projects and set KPIs to demonstrate return of investment

Qualifications

To be successful as an Account Project Manager we also believe you to have:
Minimum 5 years of experience from similar role within project management from an international organization, agency or client side
Solid leadership skills gained through experience of leading cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
Strategic understanding of all disciplines within marketing and communications
Proven ability of developing and implementing varied marketing campaigns, for example digital and social media
Customer centric approach and ability to deliver omnichannel marketing solutions
Solid knowledge of how to communicate vision and strategy to team members and stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritize and take decisions

Experience from the fashion retail industry and the kids customer is seen as meritorious.
