We are looking for a Project Manager to work within our global Project Management Office in BioProcess R&D. Do you have a passion for Project Management? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate and execute cross-functional projects primarily in the Instrument/Software area. Projects can be of either new product development, cost out or product care type, and they aim to deliver and support solutions for the Bioprocess market.
• Define and plan the projects involving all functions that are stakeholders. Maintain active dialogue with e.g. business area representatives, to ensure project deliveries are aligned with developing market needs.
• Drive and facilitate project work ensuring necessary decisions to reach company goals are made and effected. Manage deviations, quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks and make decisions based on business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and cost development and in collaboration with portfolio manager work out opportunities to deliver according to set scope and within set time and budget frames.
• Assure formal approval for project milestones, as well as for changes in scope, time, quality or budget, from relevant steering committee.
• Suggest and implement improved methodologies/ways of working for project management within the agreed organizational framework.
• The role may involve working in a global environment with stakeholders and project members at different sites.
Who you are
MSc or equal knowledge from experience.
At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience, including position(s) as project manager or equivalent.
Project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials). Proven track-record in successful project deliveries.
Solid experience from Instrument and/or Software development and/or production.
Good managerial and teamworking skills, incl good presentation skills.
Good ability to motivate and direct team/people, and to create situations that energize a team.
Demonstrated capability of cross-functional interactions
Professional attitude to processes and routines.
English and Swedish as working language.
