Logistics Office is a function within Scania Logistics with the assignment to:
• Secure the deliveries of our cross-functional programs and strategic projects such as Cross-Brand and Scania process and IT portfolio projects.
• Strategic portfolio management
• Support the organisation throughout the Scania transformation.
Job description
We offer a job in an international environment with multiple contact surfaces, both internally and externally.
As a Project Manager within our team, you will be managing cross-functional and cross-brand projects. Logistics has an impact on almost all of Scania´s core processes and you will be a key player when it comes to shaping the future of Scania´s logistics strategy.
We are responsible for the logistics cooperation within the TRATON group. Here you will support, steer and lead the whole Logistics organization at Scania in its transformation, to get Cross-Brand integrated as part of the standardized way of working. You will for example work with projects towards Navistar and MAN where you in cross-functional teams identify synergies and implement them.
Currently, we are also building up the Project Management of strategic projects, portfolio steering and supporting logistics in the transformation journey.
Your profile
We believe that you have a University degree in logistics or similar. You must have good leadership qualities, a very good cooperative ability, and should also enjoy cross-functional work. You need to have proven skills in project management including change management.
Work experience within the Order to Delivery process at Scania or the development process is a merit. You need to be engaged, structured, and communicative and have a talent for connecting with new people in this position. You will work in an international environment that requires fluency in spoken and written English.
