Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in implementing Microsoft 365 in the public sector.

What you'll do:
● Updating Estimates to Complete (ETC) for work packages within the Sub-project and validating Estimates at Complete (EAC).
● Managing control account risks – both threats and opportunities and develop action plans should risks materialize.
● Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
● Draft key objectives and results, and strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
● Verification and control of costs charged to the control account, including Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP).
● Ensure that developed processes and routines are updated continuously to streamline the work.
Who you are:
● Have expertise in the legal requirements of an introduction in order to be able to guide the region.
● Have experience in both technical project management and business implementation of intended tools.
● Good knowledge of approaches for a successful introduction into the business to achieve the desired results and be able to adapt to the different challenges and conditions that exist in the operations, e.g., in questions about classification of documents and changed working methods.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have many years of experience leading large project groups and guiding steering groups in decision-making.
● Have good knowledge of SAP rollin and Experience of large organizations in an outsourced IT.
