Description

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in:

Project manager in Market Support (Customer/Customer Journey)

- Overall Coordination, Performance and strategy: Set a performance oriented way of working with customer messaging. Understand the pain points, prioritize and secure solutions, do again. This in alignment with all needed stakeholders.
- Overall Coordination, Performance and strategy: Set a strategic framework to Secure consistent and clear communication and messaging in all interactions, including Tone of Voice - today siloed, limited and insufficient.



The role need to be in control of the overall performance agenda for their customer messaging :

- Secure a working process of securing great communication and messaging towards the customer. Including all stakeholders
- Secure an overview of the pain points from a customer perspective and that they are prioritized from a customer value and the company effort perspective
- Secure that they have actions ongoing to address the pain-points
- Interact with all stakeholders to secure common view and progress of actions
- Coordinate market teams and Attract and Activate to asses customer communication and messaging, close the gaps, ensure that supporting material and assets are in synch from KCI´s/templates and other channels/medias


Mandatory competence and experience:

- 4-7 years experience as Project Manager
- Knowledge from customer messaging, e-commerce and related processes.
- Communication and documentation skills.
- Co-ordination skills, result oriented and senior leadership.
- Project management skills.
