Enerpoly is now looking for a Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to spearhead the creation of our technology transfer function and drive delivery of engineering services, including deployments and customizations for customers who license our technology. You will have a significant role in delivering Enerpoly’s battery technologies to the market and bringing the world closer to 100% renewable energy.
As the Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, you will support both commercialization efforts and work closely with our talented Battery Scientists & Engineers in the Product Development Team to optimize internal initiatives to design and manufacture high-quality batteries that will be used in product and process demonstrations to our customers. This position requires work experience within production and the drive to lead strategic as well as tactical operations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the transition from prototype products to volume production phase both in-house and with external partners
Define and manage engineering services for customers with large production facilities to facilitate deployment and customizations
Innovate in manufacturing process implementation and optimization
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Skilled at detailed mechanical or manufacturing engineering problem solving
Experienced in production optimization or transformation in a large global organization
Driven to gain consensus between differing and opinionated stakeholders
Strong ability to build trust and deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent oral and written English language skills are required
