We are looking for a senior Project Manager that can help Market Introductions & Product Training lead larger projects.

The position
You will be part of a team that supports Scania’s Market Introduction projects with creating learning solutions, that help the Market Introductions reach their business target. Through Market Introductions Scania introduces new products and services to the commercial network.

The team has recently been handed the responsibility of managing the sub-projects of Market Introductions that deal with training. This implies an increasing demand on our team in managing larger projects in a methodical way and aligning it with the development of learning solutions.

The team is eager to develop and grow, and you as a senior project manager will have an important role in that journey. You will manage own projects, as well as support team members and be part of the development work of the group.

Your profile
You have an academic degreee and proven record of leading larger projects and are so confident in the methodology of project management that you can, except for leading own projects, also mentor others that are on the path of developing their project managing skills.

You have good communicating skills and can create buy-in and motivation. You have strong drive and can lead others. You see collaboration as key, you value building on the will and skill in a project team. Additionally, you are interested or have experience of working with adult learning.
