Global Merchandising is a team within Global Sales & Commercial Operations Support at H&M Brand. Today Global Merchandising consists of approx. 30 employees and are made up of 3 teams; Customer Analytics Team, Global Supply Chain and Merchandising Solutions. With the customer in focus, we support our merchandising teams in the regions and collaborate with many differnet stakeholders centrally in order to reach our sales and profit goals.
By working closely together with our regional teams and Business Tech, Merchandising Solutions team set the direction for H&M’s system solutions to enable efficiency and sustainability while optimizing the supply chain process. The team consists of 5 employees today and we are now looking for someone to further strengthen our team and business.


Job Description

Your main responsibilities:
• You have the responsibility for ensuring successful business implementation of new merchandising tools and methods in our markets.
• You lead one or several rollout projects and represent merchandising in cross-functional meetings.
• You plan and conduct trainings and set the new way of merchandising for the local teams.
• You drive new development ideas in certain key areas towards Business Tech by being the bridge between local Business and the tech Products.
• You participate in different tech forums where you drive Business priorities and set roadmaps for the upcoming period ahead together with the tech product.


Qualifications


We believe that you have:
• Good understanding of business
• Strong organizational skills to hold projects together
• The ability to communicate and prioritize project needs to Business Tech and stake holders
• Strong ability to present in public and a passion for teaching
• Skills and interest in project management as well as the merchandising processes
• Merchandising background is a plus but not a requirement

As a person you are open minded and have an understanding of other perspectives and how things connect. You thrive in a role where you can use your leadership and communication skills. We also believe that you are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment and have the ability to handle complex projects.


Additional Information


We will have two recruitments for this position, one full-time position and one cover for parentally leave for 1 year preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden. Other potential placements can be discussed during the recruitment process. You will report to Group Manager Merchandising Solutions.
