About Job
We are currently looking for more consultants who want to join us on our journey forward! As an IT consultant with us, we help you develop in your role and find customer assignments that match your skills and interests.

You will work outside on assignment with one of our customers. The position is a full-time permanent position, where you will be employed as a consultant with us at Envoi.

Assignment Description
Our Customer are implementing regional staffing programs and need a senior project leaders who has global implementation experience in the staffing program implementation area. It is also important that project has an experience in Vendor Management System implementation. To be able to roll out the program in stipulated time frame, we have defined a project organization to cover pre-implementation and implementation phases of the roll out.

Role responsibilities:

-Responsible for regional staffing program (MSP and RPO) pre-implementation activities (stakeholder management, communication, data collection)
-Participation in Program supplier selection and contracting (owned by Procurement and Legal)
-Responsible for regional staffing program implementation project timelines together with Global, country stakeholders, and chosen Program supplier
-Daily management of deadlines and issue resolution
-Facilitation of supplier and team status meetings, maintenance and distribution of project tracking and status documentation
-Prepare stakeholder project, change management & communication plan with global, country program stakeholders and global communication
-Collaboration with country stakeholders, business leaders and program supplier, ensuring alignment with program guidelines
-Interface with country stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvements
-Co-operate with Group Recruitment & Sourcing SME’s on global practices for inclusion in regional implementation
-Co-create training material and coordinate training sessions together with country stakeholders

Requirement:

- Background in project management (preferably in HR) and experience in staffing processes with external suppliers (contingent and permanent workforce).
-Staffing program knowledge (MSP is a must). Operational experience of inhouse MSP is beneficial
-Experience in MSP implementation, preferably multiple countries.
-Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is beneficial

Must have:
-Must have MSP experience (preferable MSP implementation)
-Good skills in Word, Power point, Excel
-High personal energy & engagement is important.

-Nice to have RPO experience
-Skills in Share point & teams
-Experience in stakeholder management
