Project Manager Operational Support

Project Office & Range is looking for a Project Manager Operational Support
in the group of Product Modification HDT

As a Project Manager Operational Support, you will be responsible to be the Project Manager, connect and lead correct persons to find immediately support for our plants, to mitigate the impact of crisis situations. Crises are mainly due to material shortages from our supplier’s such as “semiconductors” or all kind of supplier crises.
You will have to involve the correct GTO members both on Global, regional, and local plant level, utilizing the strength of our organization, to fulfil as well short/long-term solutions to prevent our plants from having any disturbances on the assembly stations. As -well as working closely to brand and quality representatives to decide if we can deliver to dealer Market without a specific part. Close co-operation with Engineers at GTT and GTP to find possible alternative parts and installations, to still follow product and feature specifications.
The scope for the role is FH/FM, FE/FL, and Renault brand for common parts.


Main activities and responsibilities:
Be responsible for the GTO team (including representatives from technical preparation engineering, SWPC, Logistic engineering, Quality, plants etc.)
Communicate with and motivate the GTO teams to enable engaged teamwork
Secure information and recommendation for decisions within GTO and cross functional decision meetings



Experience and Competence:
Great knowledge and understanding of GTO functions and organizations.
Excellent talent in networking to achieve results.
Experience in project management with proven leadership skills
Courage and good communication skills.
Ability to lead and create engaged teams and work through others
Knowledge of our manufacturing processes
University degree / MSc or equivalent work experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
