Axis is now looking for a Project Manager to support our Global Partners and Business Development organization. This is a temporary position for a year.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Project Manager, Partner Solutions, will be based at Axis HQ in Lund and is responsible for investigating, analyzing and making best recommendations on third party partners, which support and strengthen the company’s competitive, offering expanding the value proposition of Industry Segment solutions.

In this position you will be in charge of leading all investigations related to the partners and coordinating cross-functional activities within multiple departments within the company. Furthermore you will be responsible for the creation of partner business case propositions, based on a thorough evaluation of the industry segment business case.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Serve as the primary business interface internally for the investigation and recommendation of third party partnering
* Take a global and cross-organizational project management approach
* Provide product and partner recommendations and business cases to internal stakeholders
* Close collaboration with the Industry Segment Business Development Directors, Product Management, Finance and the Sales regions


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that suitable candidates have a University background, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are required and additional key languages a plus.

You have previous experience from an international organization and have the talent to think/act globally and drive the organization to make/execute the best decision for Axis overall. A minimum of 3-5 years working experience, worked with business or market intelligence, segmentation, SWOT analysis and evaluation of partners is a must. Furthermore we believe that you have some knowledge of the players in our market.

The right candidate has a strong personal drive and a well-structured and flexible personality, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment. We value strong analytical and communicative skills, with the ability to communicate complex business issues clearly and succinctly. You should also be able to combine a structured analytical approach together with empathy and warmth since you are a team player with the ability to contribute to a good and productive work environment.
