Project Manager - Pilot Partner Solution

Do you want to be a key accelerator in the transformation to a completely sustainable transport by leading the first novel technologies in to commercial test with customers and partners in both public and private sector to reduce the first barriers?

In the role you will both work in the value identification, value creation and value implementation phase. You will lead the work with customers and other stakeholders in the eco-system to Identify needs and possibilities to create value, Iterate conceptual designs on potential solutions. The iterations should be done from both technical and business perspectives together with relevant parties. The solution can be a combination of products and services from internal and external partners. You will also lead the work getting the solutions into operation.

Your profile:

You have a mindset to succeed and have easy to see new opportunities. Have good understanding of both the internal system and the eco-system from an holistic perspective. it can identify unspoken needs, find solutions and opportunities. A generalist with broad technical leadership skills and/or business development skills.


• We think you have a commercial and/or technical university degree
• Since communication skills are important for the role, You master English with high proficiency
• You have at least 5 years’ experience from the heavy truck industry

We also see that you are easy to collaborate with others but are also comfortable with working independently. It is an advantage if you have good understanding of vehicle or power electronics and want to learn the commercial aspects or vice versa.
