We are looking for a Planning and Inventory Project Manager to work with improvements within Supply Chain. If you enjoy work in a global environment with colleagues and collaborating partners around the world, this is the job for you! As a Project Manager you will drive improvements, working with the manufacturing sites, global warehouses together with your colleagues within Cytiva.
What you’ll do
Lead and drive improvements globally within fulfilment, planning and inventory to improve the main KPI’s OTD and inventory turns
Work with senior leaders at manufacturing, warehouse, commercial and IT to build business case and drive the projects to closure
Build, maintain and prioritize the global project funnel
Ensure the fulfilment processes is supporting the Cytiva volume growth and flexibility the different business requirements

Who you are
Degree as an Industrial and Management Engineer specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management is an advantage
5+ years in an advanced role with supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or planning
Good leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational skills, communication & problem-solving abilities
Experience of a leading position within a process change and/or system development project is a plus
Experience and knowledge in Oracle, Warehousing operation, Planning, Transportation & Customs business is a strong advantage

The position is based in Uppsala, Sweden, or Little Chalfont, UK.
