Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.We can offer you an exciting and stimulating work, where you will be responsible for different projects with different magnitudes. In this position you will have the opportunity to: .drive projects within the Film group mainly focusing on Product Life Cycle activities .be responsible for planning and following up activities .be responsible for project team co-ordination .Communicate project status and results to the parties concerned within the D&E organization.The successful candidate has 3-5 years documented experience from project management.Experience from mechanical or electrical design is an advantage.You have a University degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering or relevant experience within this field.Since the position involves many international contacts, very good English, both written and spoken, is required.The person we are looking for is goal-orientated, committed and have the ability to motivate others.You are able to delegate as well as follow up on matters in a structured way.You have experience from handling contacts with both customers and suppliers and have a good understanding of cultural differences.
