Your mission
In this role, you lead, plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budgets – in the area of product development. This includes securing resources and managing projects cross functional. You lead and follow up the efforts of your team, third-party contractors and consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. You also provide direction and support in all matters during the project and thoroughly monitor and report progress to all stakeholders. Ensuring efficiency, you define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle in an inspirational and adaptable way – ensuring that everyone is heading the same way.
The location for this position is Svedala with the possibility of part-time remote work. Some travel is included in the job.
Your character
We’re looking for you with extensive previous work experience in project management – you have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in global projects. You hold a master’s degree in engineering and thrive when working in the field of product development, and you’re confident when it comes to stakeholder management at all levels. You’re a proficient user of Office 365 and project management tools – technical skills are beneficial. Working globally, you’re comfortable communicating in verbal and written English.
Being a true leader you’re genuine and trustworthy, driven, structured and a good communicator who easily connects with people. You show passion and have the courage to challenge both stakeholders and colleagues when needed, and you also enjoy being challenged – eager to always develop both personally and professionally.
