We are seeking a Prince 2 Project Manager for Portfolio Support for a customer's portfolio of programmes in Gothenburg.
The Project Management methods & tools team is responsible for; maintaining the IT portfolio, providing IT methods & tools, guidance in how to cooperate with their suppliers and for supporting the IT organisation and the project managers.
Since many change activities at the organisation are ongoing at the same time, there is a need for an additional resource to support this function during this period.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the projects in the project portfolio tool
- Perform daily and monthly activities in the portfolio tool
- Guide the project managers in the project process
- Secure high quality
Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience
- English language proficiency
- Several years experience as project manager within IT
- Prince 2 certification (GPM2)
- A proactive and supportive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Used to work with several stakeholders and coordinate issues
- Quick to learn/adopt to new IT-systems
- Experience from working in a global organisation
