Description

As a Project Manager within Business unit Cheese & Powder, you will manage customer projects and be the point of contact throughout the Project implementation. You will be responsible for securing high customer satisfaction by handling and solving issues and by ensuring a well functioning communication and follow-up with customers.

The Business Unit Cheese and Powder Systems develops, engineers and commissions cheese and powder production equipment for the food industry. With over 800 employees in 8 countries we develop, deliver and facilitate a competitive portfolio of process solutions in close cooperation with the Tetra Pak market companies.


The position is based in Lund with approx. 35% of travelling.


Main responsibilities

-Involvement in planning, delivery times, budgets and scope of supply
-Drive and manage the project team in order to meet the scope, time and budget in the project
-Follow and review the implementation according to the Company Management System
-Monitor and report the budget, progress and cost status


Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly the ability to motivate people and to engage effectively with people at all levels. You have a strong drive for results, don't hesitate to take decisions when it's needed and have a structured way of working. Furthermore you possess a high level of negotiation skills and have the passion to achieve a common project goal to a high standard.

The successful candidate has a university degree and approximately 10 years of experience from process/project engineering. Experience from the dairy industry and/or evaporation and dryer process is beneficial. You have a proven track record in Project management. It is an advantage if you are PMP certified and has gone through leadership training. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken.
