Background
Several tasks are being carried out in the business to develop and coordinate the dialogue with citizens and businesses.
To improve service and accessibility, the company invests in a clear path in the form of a Contact Center so that everyone's questions can be answered in a simple and transparent manner. One requirement for the Contact Center to be able to provide good service is to have the right information and status regarding questions, matters, and projects as easily accessible as possible. That information is also required for others in the business to collaborate and act civically.
To achieve the business goal of high service, availability, and efficiency, as well as to strengthen the business's focus on service, a project was carried out to identify the conditions for introducing a system that coordinates data for personal service.
The goal is to implement a case management system for Kontaktcenter as a first step, with the option of connecting other activities in the future to increase opportunities to provide a good response, high availability, and improved service to those who live, work, and visit Uppsala. Other possible activities include the City Building Administration, Business Administration, and the Environmental Administration. The case management system provides supervisors and administrators at various administrations with the tools they need to provide quick and personalised responses.
The project manager's objectives are to complete requirements documentation, project manage the procurement of a case management system with CRM functionality based on the developed requirements specification, and project manage the system's implementation in the Contact Center in 2022. The project manager must also ensure that future administrations have secured their processes prior to the system's possible implementation. Contact the call centre. The project manager may also project manage the integration of this case management system with other systems to ensure information flow.
The procurement requirements specification is nearing completion, and the existing consultant will be handed over in January-February 2022.
Specification of requirements
We are looking for a project manager who specializes in change and implementation projects in communication, digitization, infrastructure, and procurement, as well as telephony, customer meetings, and IT infrastructure. The project manager we're looking for must be committed, motivated, and high-performing, with a passion for complex issues, both technical and organizational.

Requirements for prior experience:

Analysis of requirements, strategic advice in large public organisations and private companies, focusing on change and implementation projects in communication, procurement, and as a specialist in telephony, customer meetings, and IT infrastructure.
Previous managerial experience is a plus.
Prior experience with assignments within the customer's business is a plus.
Duration: 6 months + extension
