Join our Global Product Development Team in Hillerstorp as our next Project Manager.
As Project Manager at Thule Group it will be your mission to inspire and motivate your global cross functional team members to secure that we deliver our development projects/new products/ according to wished specifications in terms of cost, time and project budget. You are responsible for driving our projects according to the Thule Project System, TPS as well as planning and monitoring project resources to meet key deliverables during all phases of an ongoing project.
Your profile:
To enjoy your new organization you need a pro-active and entrepreneurial personality who thrives in a high speed and team oriented environment. Your ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and management as well as balancing between multiple tasks/priorities and still consistently meeting deadlines will be a key success factor in this position. You have an academic degree together with experience and proven success from a project management role, preferably within development of consumer related products. As this is a global role fluency in English is a given.

About our Global Product Development Department:
We have over 150 engineers working in our Global Product Development Department and to keep the momentum in successful product development innovation, most of our Product Development functions are in-house, such as project managers, industrial designers, concept-, design-, prototype-, simulation- and test-engineers.
Our team consists of highly skilled and motivated members with a well-balanced variety of experiences. We are a truly global company with an international and multi culturally mixed team. English is the language we use in our daily communication.
