Project Manager - Product maintenance

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the Product Maintenance team within our global R&D organization.

Qualifications
To be a successful project manager you will need to have a strong drive and result orientation pushing through obstacles and issues in order to deliver on your projects. You understand the relevance of communicating both within your project or team as well as with other departments and different stake holders. You are structured and have analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and results oriented environment. It is important that you are a confident decision maker, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence others.

We believe that you hold an MSc in Engineering, or equivalent, together with a number of years of working as a project manager. You have experience in managing projects end-to-end, i.e. from pre study and concept phase to deployment and production.

You have knowledge of the Pulse methodology or other Agile Project Management Tools. You are technically minded and speak fluent English. You also have good writing skills in Swedish and English. Experience from Medical Device development area is valuable.

Your duties
As Project Manager within Product Maintenance, your key duty is to ensure that design changes are performed on time, with excellent quality and comply with the medical device regulations. In addition to this, you are expected to contribute in our continuous work in developing our processes. All in all, to be an even better supplier of the world’s greatest power wheelchair to anyone who needs it.

The design changes can be of different size and lead time, some are very quick and some need a large amount of planning and execution. You will lead the work from planning until handover to production and make sure the team delivers on time plan. To your help you have a cross functional team from different technical and geographical areas within our organization.
