Job Description
Could you picture yourself being a central part of the team to improve performance on installed equipment base within Carton Economy? The position is placed within Carton Economy that produces cartons for the emerging markets. It is strategically important to use quality as a competitive edge to strengthen our market position during the coming years.This puts an extended focus on Equipment performance and quality.This focus includes strengthening the organization with assigned Project Managers for Product Maintenance projects. Your main responsibilities will be to: Plan and drive Product Maintenance projects in order to reach the objectives of costs, quality and time In alignment with Milestone review teams deploy solutions to increase customer satisfaction Plan, control and follow up on the assigned budget for Product Maintenance projects

Qualifications
The successful person is a driver with the capability to reach the objectives.You can handle contacts and act as a motivator, both internally in the Carton Economy organization but also externally with suppliers and consultants. You have experience from project management or from greater responsibility as a Mechanical Designer.Since the job involves international contacts you shall have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.Your educational background lies within engineering, preferably with a Master's degree.Experience from working with and leading colleagues and suppliers is a plus.
