Then we have the right job for you! As a Project Manager Production you will coordinate all cable production activities within Operations Karlskrona during a customer project.


Take lead in coordinating our cable production projects
The purpose of this role is to make sure the production activities follows the plan of the customer project including having the Production team informed continuously on the demands of our customer. Moreover, you will be responsible to follow up on manufacturing according to the production plan and to initiate actions and special investigations if necessary.
You will be a part of the main Project Team and provide the project with project progress in production, manufacturing budget, forecast and continuous assessments as well as milestone follow-ups. You are the representative from Production in various projects, R&D orders, project related testing and production investments. All customer inquiries related to the production will be handled by you as well as conducting production follow-up with the customer.
Your primary tasks will be, but not limited to:
Manage and co-ordinate cable production during project phases
Assure that all customer requirements for manufacturing are aligned and followed
Responsible for development, review and follow-up of project production budget, production schedule, manufacturing plan, monitoring, update and follow up conduct Risk management and consequence analysis
Follow-up progress on needed investments and assure finalization before start of Production
Participate in testing with client when agreed within project
Participate in Project Summary and Lessons learned internally as well as externally
Write documentation related to production and the delivery



Communicative production-oriented project manager
We are looking for a driven project manager who thrives in a role with a high pace and various working days making sure the project goals are fulfilled in a sophisticated way. You need to be flexible and able to quickly adopt to changes and deviations from the original plan.
To be supportive and respondent are key factors in this role and the ability to take needful coordinative actions when requested.
To succeed in this role you need to be an excellent communicator with high ability to adopt your communication to your different interfaces. Finally – we believe you have a high interest in technology and eager and will to learn more.
Additionally, your CV includes:
University degree – preferably within engineering, industrial economics, project management or similar
Some years of working experience and/or project management
Solid experience in understanding project plans
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
