About the role
Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Project Manager - Production. In this role within our production team, you will lead the improvement of production layout and flow, support in building new factories and research and deploy new production technologies.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, and this position will be an important function in supporting the global growth.

Responsibilities

- Do pre-studies and build business case for new projects.

- Manage projects in factory development, efficiency, and new technology.

- Document projects and build Hästen lessons learned and factory blue book.

- Continuesly report project status.

- Work in close cooperation with all departments of Hästen to ensure holistic success of projects launced.

- Represent and ensure Blue Check culture and values are being transferred to each new facility.

- As global project manager production at Hästen you will ensure that our operations adapt and expand in the same pace as our global sales growth .

- You will be responsible to lead projects to improve efficiency, quality and capacity in production.

- You will be responsible to lead projects to evaluate technology used.

- You will report to the engineering manager and work in close collaboration with the COO.
- You will support in evaluating current manufacturing footprint and operating model to continuously update our operations roadmap to 2031.

- Develop and update operations roadmap as new data emerges.

- Work in close cooperation with all departments of Hästens to ensure holistic success of projects launched.

- Represent and ensure Blue Check culture and values are being transferred to each new facility.

Skills and requirements

- Master of science within relevant field.

- Experience in Project Layout.

- 1-2 years experience of project management in relevant field is an advantage.

- Solution oriented.

- Opportunity mindset.

- Structured.
