We are looking for a Project Manager in the area of Production Ordering to be part of our exciting journey where we stand in front of a big change both when it comes to the way of working in the Production & Logistics (P&L) business as well as the IT solutions that will support our business together with all what digitalization brings.
The business architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our P&L business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system. Our vison is that we should have an efficient, transparent and automated global production system, using modern digital solutions to connect our people, processes & equipment to support real time decisions based on high quality data.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager will be driving needed business- and IT-development for Production Ordering within the NOVA Program.
You will be responsible for the Project Plan and Road maps for Production Ordering within P&L. Together with our management within P&L you are an important key player for our business- and IT-development initiatives.
You work closely to both business and IT, as well as our core team of Business Architects, Experts and Project Managers. You will build your global network by meeting different people and cultures which means that the job includes travelling.
As a group member of TEIO you will participate in, and contribute to our own department development and improvement work.
Your profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious and experienced Project Manager as well as a team player and have a genuine interest to understand the business demands and how this can be solved in a business process together with an IT-solution. You have the ability to lead a project team that consist of members from business and IT. Utilising established methodologies like PPS and your influencing skills to get buy-in on what that needs to be done and drive change from understanding the need via designing the solution throughout the implementation phase.
We believe that you have a master of science in engineering or university degree in Information Science or have the corresponding knowledge. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives.
Furthermore it is an advantage if you have good knowledge about business and processes within the Production Ordering area and SAP as the ERP-solution that will be implemented.
To succeed in the role, you need social and analytic skills. You are used to take own initiatives to create and organise a project. You want to create an overall perspective and help the project team to see the complete picture.
You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you´re structured, pedagogic and communicative.
You are fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written.
