We are now looking for a Project Manager within Quality Communication for our Quality Department that will be responsible for Quality Communication and be the project leader for Field Service Actions.

We are therefore looking for a Project Manager within Quality Customer Communication, a split role responsible for quality communication to our customers and Field Service Actions.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be the project manager responsible for both quality communication and Field Service Actions. The scope of the role will in the beginning have its core in Quality Communication, and will with time focus more on a project management role towards Field Service Action investigations.
You will be responsible for:
- Support our Customer Care team with knowledge regarding quality concerns
- Support our Social Media team with external customer communication regarding quality concerns
- Project Management for Field Service Action to the market
You will make sure that all data and documentation are quality secured and properly communicated at the release of a Field Service Action to the market. On occasion, you will present a clear recommendation and proposed way forward in quality matters to management. By liaising with teams such as After Sales Market, Purchasing, and Legal, you will investigate and coordinate according to the campaign budget. Additionally, you will act as a pillar to Product Compliance Officers and provide expert support on the relevant case as well as building and assigning cross-functional teams for the cases.
Who you are
To be a great fit for this role, we are searching for you with a great communicative and proactive approach. You are comfortable in taking ownership in a team whilst collaborating in a dedicated way. For you, every case is unique, and you have a great ability in liaising with multiple parties at the same time.
Further on, we are searching for you with:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in communication
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team
