Project manager, quotation and sales process

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced IS Project Manager who can deliver assigned goals and objectives in an organized and cost effective manner.We are now hiring a Project Manager with previous experience of Customer Relation Management systems and / or other Sales Support Tools who can take the responsibility for projects and applications in this area.Some projects are related to the continued implementation of Customer Relationship Management, and there will be a number of other projects aiming to improve the quotation and sales process.You will be a member of the Sales Systems Group in Corporate IT, and report to the Sales Systems Manager.You will have a secondary reproting relation to the Steering committee of assigned projects.On a daily basis you will work closely together with people at the Sales Companies / Customer Segments as well as other managers at the head quarter in Lund.Responsibilities; .Work closely with Application Managers and Business Managers to establish an agreed-to scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule and manage the assigned team to deliver within the established parameters .Create and manage project specifications and plans that will deliver expected results and ensures that any factors which will impact scope, budget, or schedule are formally presented to the steering committee with alternatives and impacts .Participate in, and coordinate the activities of team members from cross-functional departments and multiple locations, as well as third-party systems developers .Effectively use best practices in the project management areas of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, and risk .Establish a deep understanding of Alfa Laval's supply chain, sales channels, and processes and participate in the ongoing sales process development initiaitives Ideal skills and experience; .Master degree or similar preferably with focus on IT..Experience from working in a multinational company..Direct experience managing projects and/or resources developing and supporting similar solutions..Must possess strong interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
