Project Manager R&D

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Research & Development team! You will be responsible for executing and leading projects within new product development. Your scope will be to work internationally with driving R&D projects in-house, working closely together with other functions such as supply chain, marketing, and manufacturing & assembly.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Execute product development projects and pre-studies in R&D
Support project purchasing function in the task to ask for quotations from external suppliers and perform purchases.
Support Product Managers to build business cases for New Product Development projects
Financial forecasting & follow up
Planning and follow up

You will report to our R&D Manager and be based in Gothenburg, Sweden, in the FlexLink HQ.
This is you
We believe that you have experience in driving projects within product development and that you are a person with communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You also have:
Technical education, at least a bachelor's level, with a focus on product development, mechanical engineering, or similar
Proven experience in traditional project management methods, knowledge of agile frameworks is meriting
Experience from driving projects all the way from pre-studies phase to manufacturing, assembly, and buildup of stock
Fluent English and Swedish in speech and writing
