This is your chance - Niconovum AB is looking for a new Project Manager for R&D.

The company
Niconovum AB is a medical company that markets innovative nicotine replacement therapy products under the Zonnic brand. Our products are sold in four markets: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, and our brand is third in terms of market share in each Nordic market it competes in. All products are regulated and approved pharmaceuticals.

The role
As Project Manager R&D, you will be based in our Hyllie office to actively lead product and packaging development projects, while coordinating external processes and projects and third-party contracts. Your role is also strategic and involves business development, improvement plans, budgeting, and innovation. For this, you need strong project management skills, an understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, the ability to guide and influence others, and great networking capabilities. You report directly to the CEO.
To your support you will have experienced colleagues and external consultants with expertise within NRT, formulation development, production, regulatory affairs and quality assurance.

In short, your responsibilities will be to:
• Drive smaller and larger projects and ensure communication, time-lines and project costs are kept.
• Represent R&D in strategic planning and business case development activities
• Handle product, packaging, production, or analytical improvement initiatives for existing products
• Lead manufacturing process development and tech transfer activities
• Establish holistic project plans and milestones from development to launch
• Establish Project Briefs and development related documentation such as reports.
• Provide claims and positioning guidance to Sales & Marketing activities
• Oversee stability studies and clinical trial management
• Monitor publicly available smoking/tobacco cessation clinical work, product development, patent applications and competitive products
• Manage external parties and agreements
• Manage the department budget

You bring:
• A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in a relevant field
• Firm understanding of pharmaceutical development
• 3+ years of experience with project management from the pharmaceutical industry
• Analytical chemistry, and/or product development experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English

As a person, you are responsible and professionally mature, with superior organizational and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to motivate those around you, a "doer" attitude, and is courageous and communicative both when it comes to decision making and creative solutions.
