About the role
We offer you a flexible and developing work position, where you have a key function when it comes to implementation and coordination of defined recovery or/and water treatment projects, business-driven assignments and other activities at the group level as a project manager or as a sub-project manager.
Many activities concern coordination and performance of test sequences in pilot scale. At least 50% of work will take place in Fortum´s treatment facility outside Kumla/Swe. It is necessary that Kumla functions as a duty station. The work position will from time to time also demand coordination/operational work at different external sites, primarily within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In these cases traveling and accommodation costs are covered by Fortum. The work is exciting and challenging in the respect that you need to coordinate/take part in:
• Coordination, planning and implementation of the defined project with defined scope and budget.
• Project documentation according to several different administrative/documentation processes.
• Supervision as well as operation of ongoing pilot tests.
• Design and evaluation of complex test arrangements.
• Supervision of work performed by others, e.g. test personnel and subcontractors.
• Activation of customer and sales-driven projects and assignments in cooperation with sales in own defined responsibility area.
• External funding applications and coordination in defined projects and programs
• Cooperation with Universities and other project subcontractors in defined projects.
• Participation and further development of R&D networks in defined public projects and programs
What are we looking for
You have:
• Experience from operational work within chemical processes or/and water treatment.
• Post gymnasium education in chemical processes, chemical engineering or/and water treatment.
• Experience of project managing and project administration.
• Well acquainted with computer work. Good communication skills in English (oral/writing)
And you are a positive, ambitious self-driven person who has the ability to both lead and participates in different teams. You are fine with a high degree of flexibility in terms of temporary geographical location that test rigs will be situated in all Nordic countries.
