Job Description
Are you a true sustainability champion and business-minded entrepreneur, obsessed with creating brand and planet value and at the same time taking a leap into the future for our entire industry together with an empowered team? Check this out!
We aim to create meaningful growth through our impactful ecosystem that will serve both consumers, businesses and our planet. To our supply chain, this means we need to develop a clear multi-supply chain strategy. Our multiple supply chains need to be modular with amazing services to cater for the ever-changing sweet spot between demand and supply in our consumer ecosystem as well as B2B capabilities, such as reverse supply chains for circular offers and recycled fibres.
The name "Reverse Supply Chain" emphasizes that the work of this team starts where the traditional supply chain ends. The reverse supply chain begins at the wardrobes of our customers, bringing those unused products back into circulation either as preloved products, reusable materials or completely recycled for a renewed lifecycle journey. This would enable the fashion industry in general, and H&M Group in particular, to move towards a complete closed loop ecosystem.
To further push the industry as well as our growth strategy in the circular space we are now looking to build a team for developing our Reverse Supply Chain. As a Project Manager in this team, you will run or be a part of exciting projects delivering services and step-by-step building capabilities for our reverse supply together with the team, internal co-creators and external partners.
The team will be led by a Reverse Supply Manager who reports to Supply Chain Incubation headed by Anders Bännstrand. H&M Group Supply Chain is a network of different functions, each with distinct missions and accountabilities, working collaboratively with one another to push both incremental change and big leaps into the future. In Supply Chain we enable all group brands and ventures to move faster and stay relentlessly customer-focused with a sustainable foundation.
The role will put into action a new chapter for the H&M Group, and we are looking for a true catalyst. You will together with the team be central in shaping this new world, moving from tests and ideas to skill forward new amazing reverse supply chain capabilities and services for the entire group. You will run or be a part of projects in a cross-functional context including virtual team members in other parts of the group or partners needed to make this happen. You believe in design-driven delivery and excel in open and visual communication.
Your responsibilities:
Delivery of one or more projects.
Co-creating communication and storytelling of our efforts.
Build and lead cross-functional teams internally as well as with partners.
Enable involvement from relevant business functions to ensure ownership of delivery and operations and build knowledge about the expected value.
Transparency and continuous dialogue with all relevant stakeholders and partners of the progress and results to secure do-ability.
Understand the dependencies with different stakeholders and their contribution to value creation.
Create, develop and implement project plans aligned with all stakeholders according to agreed time frame.
Qualifications
Your Experience & Mindset
Driven with a can-do attitude more focused on outcome than process.
Project management skills and experience working in agile and design driven set-ups.
Experience of working in a truly cross functional environment with focus on generating value through collaboration.
Stakeholder engagement and business relations skills.
Solid communication skills and ability to create an open and constructive dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in meeting techniques and workshop facilitation.
You are passionate about looking out into the world for inspiration and insights on branding, communication and sustainability.
You are a true team player in a collaborative network also beyond the internal context.
