Global IM provides advanced information management solutions that improve the performance of Tetra Pak's business processes.As Project Manager you will work in a close, effective and integrated way with Tetra Pak business personnel, providing growth opportunities for your team members and ensuring that the solutions we deliver meet business requirements.
Your team members come from a global resource pool with a great variety of skills.We are currently running many projects in different IT areas, for example in SAP, Technical Infrastructure and tools developed for Tetra Pak's specific business needs.
Your main work areas will be to:
- Be accountable for and drive SAP-related projects
- Plan and follow up on project objectives and time schedules
- Manage your team and distribute the work among them
- Communicate with the stakeholders of the projects
Kvalifikationer
You have excellent people skills and a fine cultural sensitivity that lends you well in leading teams and managing stakeholders in a global and virtual setting.You are a strong planner and administrator - managing numerous inter-related tasks and tying up loose-ends.You have a strong internal drive and are results-oriented.You maintain a good self-awareness that helps you to remain calm and able to steer your team through the natural ups and downs of a project.
You hold a relevant university degree and you bring more than five years of experience from running IT projects - preferably SAP-related.Experience from global and complex work environments is an advantage, together with a project management certification (PMP or similar).You are a competent and clear communicator and excel in both written and spoken English.
